Define how we want to organize React-storybook stories.

Do we want to have few top lever ones and reuse the same view to show multiple config options or we want to have one story per config option?

I prefer to have a few top level ones because I find navigating between views can be a pain, something like:

showcase/
|-- readme
|-- overview
<visualisation-1>/
|-- all configs
<visualisation-2>/
|-- all configs
<visualisation-3>/
|-- all configs
