QR codes alternative to NFC #1

So I started experimenting with QR codes since I don't have a NFC reader currently but wanted to hack on the idea of DAO+IoT, so my first take on it is here: https://github.com/michaltakac/bouncer_dao/tree/experiment/qr-codes. Only bouncer-iot changed since currently I'm just testing with photos of QR codes of my Metamask wallet accounts. Removed the signing part.
