add API for import/export assignments and export solution

it is possible to do something like this ?

POST /api/v1/assignment some-app-sheme.xml 200 "assigment-id": "SomeGuid"

GET /api/v1/solution/{assigment-id} 200 solution.xml

Thanks for the tip. I am working on a new release 1.3 and will migrate the backed to be RESTful. I will consider your comment when designing the API.
