UI Buttons do not scale properly with window resize

Actual behavior

Currently, in the IDEasy tool UI, buttons do not scale proportionally when resizing the application window. This leads to layout issues and poor UX on larger or smaller screens.

Reproduce

1. Open the IDEasy tool.
2. Resize the application window.
3. Observe that buttons remain fixed in size and position, instead of scaling with the window.

Expected behavior

Buttons should resize proportionally to the window size or container, maintaining consistent spacing and layout.

IDEasy status

IDE_ROOT is set to ~/projects
IDE_HOME is set to ~/projects/project
