Samples/PCL/MyThaiStar does not build #1

After cloning the repo and opening the Samples/PCL/MyThaiStar the solution does not build.
The issue is caused by the fact the 4 Excalibur projects are not in the directory where the solution files expects them: ./Excalibur/. The ./Excalibur does not exisit in the directory structure.
Proposed solution is to add the ./Exalibur directory and to move the 3 Excalibur projects into this directory.
