Minimizing hallucinations about existing project?

I realize this might be more about the model and less about DevoxxGenie, but... how are y'all minimizing hallucations? For example I've got a simple project with just three classes. I renamed one of them, but even after regenerating the RAG and asking it to re-index itself, I get answers referencing the old class name. I have similar problems with other changes to the code, for example replacing several parameters to a method with an object.
