Zones à Risque

When we open Zone a Risque, the map is defaulted to the USA for me (I live in the USA). My expectation was to get the data from the DRC since the site is focusing in DRC.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Force the map to alway show the DRC country level view, when the map opens
• Show heat map for cases that are reported as suspected by geolocation
• Show Map pin drop for confirmed cases with clustering for points that are in the same location
