refactor: remove CommandErrorBoundary and related command components

- Deleted CommandErrorBoundary component and its associated styles and types.
- Removed command utility functions and types related to command handling.
- Updated README to reflect the removal of CommandErrorBoundary.
- Cleaned up command CSS styles and types.
- Removed unused dependencies from yarn.lock.
