Bug: Unstable when longhorn is default storage

Devtron is unstable when longhorn is the default storage before installing longhorn

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Setup a single node vps (CPU cores: 4, RAM: 6 GB)
2. Install k3s
3. Install longhorn and set as default
4. Install devtron

👍 Expected behavior

Devtron should start fine with everything working as expected.

👎 Actual Behavior

Devtron is unstable, going on and off
