Ontology precedence hilighting not working

When a term is in 2 ontologies, it should get the color of the first ontology in this order-of-precedence list 'CVCL', 'DOID', 'CL', 'UBERON', 'EFO'.   (Most importantly EFO is last.)

For some reason this isn't working sometimes, eg "invasive ductal carcinoma" should be red for DOID but instead it's colored green for EFO.
