Error while serving

Hello,

It seems that there is an issue while I am following the "Get Started"
After executing the command below :
./bin/dex serve examples/config-dev.yaml

The console prints me :

time="2021-04-12T14:42:21Z" level=info msg="config storage: postgres"
time="2021-04-12T14:42:21Z" level=info msg="config static client: Example App"
time="2021-04-12T14:42:21Z" level=info msg="config connector: mock"
time="2021-04-12T14:42:21Z" level=info msg="config connector: local passwords enabled"
failed to initialize server: server: failed to load web static: parse files: template: pattern matches no files: `templates\approval.html`

I was running into a same problem.
Not sure what is causing it, but it disappeared when I cloned from branch v2.28.x instead of master.
