French Translation (fr.po) ready for inclusion #3568
Description
Language PO files have been posted for English, Spanish, German and Indonesian.
The use of the Internet Computer Protocol for enterprise computing would benefit from having French identification and authentication.
I have created a complete idiomatic French translation using the EN.po as base the template.
The file is normally called FR.po, but I had to rename it to FR.txt in order for github to accept it.
I would be happy to adjust anything if needed.
