Completely extract jquery from metricsgraphics files #2
Description
Jquery is not used or installed. It is no longer a dependency or a peerDependency. However, reference to it still exists in the metricsgraphics src files. This is not affecting the data-vis react app. There is an open issue in metricsgraphics github regarding extracting jquery completely but who knows when this will be done. At some point it will be worthwhile to remove all jquery bloat.
