Text entry in pastures (search of animal) in Russian keyboard layout also triggers "background events"

E.g. entry of фыцв (wasd) moves map behind the window (wasd in English layout doesn't).

How to reproduce:

Fortress mode, z (zone), pen/pasture (загон/пастбище), draw rectangle, accept, "+ bunny" button (Select animals), type фцыв in the search field.
