Have recebtly upgraded from v2.2.2 to v2.4.6, everything appears Ok except I can no longer upload single files to the datastore by selecting the "add file" dropdown option, just sits there when clicking "Save". Works OK if I select "Add Multiple Files" and can upload a single or multiple files. I've taken a look at the logs files from the various docker containers and can't seen any errors being logged.
