[FR] Default Read-Preview instead of Edit for Tasks in Cases #990

I'm always frustrated when i open the Tasks-tab in a case and the markdown isnt rendered in the description field. Also, when opening a task the description instantly goes to edit-mode which also isnt rendering the markdown.
Describe the solution you'd like
Default to the read-mode in which markdown IS rendered and make the Edit-Function a clickable option. Also render Markdown in the overall tasklist when you click on the tasks tab.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just let the markdown render in the overall task list
