Create Tagged Release

There hasn't been any development on this for a few months, but it's still a good idea to tag releases.

@nVitius @cordoval The problem is that Embedded Composer relies on Composer itself which is not stable. I've considered tagging this anyway but am still not sure what the best course of action is.

in doubt is better to tag no? I still cannot find any reason against tagging. you can tag it 0.0.1 or a bit better 0.1.0 and set an alias branch.

Now that composer has a stable release, could we tag a version of this library?

A tagged release will make integration into other projects easier, it will give a stable version to refer to.

I don't even dev w/ PHP anymore, but I still think this should be tagged... @simensen
