Within my swoole psr7/psr15 adapter i need todo a dirty hack to get the plain value of the SameSite: chubbyphp/chubbyphp-swoole-request-handler@526abba#diff-edf14cd8ca187660e2dce52b4b9fd1aeR51 would be cool to have something as getValue.
