Sensors don't show FOV

Sensor CoT don't show their field of view (FOV) - like in ATAK.
The vector draw tool already allows showing FOV-like vectors in the CloudTAK map. A similar representation could be used for the sensor data.

Ideally it should look something like this:

But this PR was an MVP and a more performant approach needs to be investigated
