Operation Blue Moon analysis

We require:

1. Application container to extract data from Operation Blue Moon Org files and dump them to a database store.
2. Grafana dashboard to view metrics for each sprint

This should give insights into:

1. How each user is performing per sprint (hours and number of tasks)
2. The type of activities performed per sprint and over a quarter period
3. Deviation between observed and estimated time
4. Hours spent per day
