windows: Diff files can not be read

Describe the bug
When attempting to check certain websites example https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/updates/ getting errors on diff that it is unable to read files eg

Unable to read C:\Users\DeanAdmin\AppData\Roaming\changedetection.io/49efa30d-dda5-431c-a97a-8d7211c69c0d/8cb7d808-47f3-46e7-8d6e-28d450a4fc55.stripped.txt.
Unable to read C:\Users\DeanAdmin\AppData\Roaming\changedetection.io/49efa30d-dda5-431c-a97a-8d7211c69c0d/30ddd2bc-1c17-4be6-9d09-57c500eedc17.stripped.txt.

These files however do exist and can be opened in notepad

Expected behavior
Check completes as per normal and can view differences without error that it can not read files

what file size are those two txt files?

And did it always work, then stop working? did you maybe copy the data from another computer or something?

Have attached the full directory for you. No this has never worked for this url I have had one or two others show the same error. Have tried removing and recreating etc but same issue every time. Fresh install on new vm no copying of data or config etc

Ok, please make sure you're on the new release "0.39.20.4", restart your app

pip3 install changedetection.io --upgrade

Excellent the diff now shows!

I do note however it is showing the below under the check - any ideas?

Yes on 0.39.20.4 and the underlying diff issue is resolved. Regarding the other error its very intermittent dont see it very often but have just got it again
