Installing CD via pip but must have it listen on 0.0.0.0 instead of 127.0.0.1 -- how?

I've installed Changedetection on Uberspace using pip, and it's running but listening on 127.0.0.1:5000, which doesn't work with Uberspace's reverse proxy. What's the starting parameter I can use to have CD listen on 0.0.0.0 instead? Thanks!
