Notification without actual change

Sometimes I receive emails for all my watched items at Amazon with the following content:

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/[...] had a change.

What is happening here? According to the log, there is no changed content. The email shows empty before and after content. But a notification is sent?
Since it works fine most of the time, I assume there might be some temporary problem with the connection, but I don't see a reason why a notification is sent.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

I am having the same issue on a few web pages. I'm using the basic driver (not playwright) and using css filtering. I also have "Ignore Whitespace" enabled, as well as "Send a notification when the filter can no longer be found on the page" with the "Number of times the filter can be missing before sending a notification" set to 0.

I'm thinking that it's gotta be something with the page dropping out for a second, but it'd be nice if there was a log to explain the logic it's using to determine a change.

Try to help us reproduce the issue reliably so we can find out what the bug is, it's not enough to just report the site, we need to find a way to reproduce it #962

Due to this issue, I have currently turned off changedetection.io completely. I was getting a couple of these blank notifications per item on a daily basis. Very random timing and different target servers, so I too assume this has something to do with delayed or dropped responses. In any case, this shouldn't trigger a change notification that tells me that nothing changed to nothing.

If this isn't my misconfiguration, but a bug, maybe this could be moved from Discussions to Issues? Or should I better create a new issue topic for this?
