A way to detect when an image is added?

Hello!

I hope I am placing this question in the correct area, if not please let me know and I will move it.

Trying to get the following scenario to send a notification.

Use Case:
Using the Fetch Method: Basic fast Plaintext/HTTP Client

1. URL to an image returns 404 Not Found.
2. When the image is added send a notification that there has been a change.

It would be great to be able to query HTTP hoarders and compare to their previous values.

just tick the [ ] Ignore status codes (process non-2xx status codes as normal) under 'Requests' setting for the watch, then it will treat the 404 like a normal situation and trigger when theres a change

Thank you. Is there a way to enable this by default when importing URLs?
