Running under nginx reverse proxy seems broken (responds with not found)

Hello im using this under a docker-compose enviroment with an nginx (also in docker).

Changedetection responds with NOT FOUND:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

I had the same problem. Did you solve it?

For me, adding a trailing / on the proxy_pass solved the problem.

yes correct, the / is also in the wiki and has been for a long time

Working proxy pass in front of docker here, with

   location / {
        proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:5000;
   }

instead of

  location /changedetection/ {
    proxy_pass http://changedetection:5000;

  }

@plutocrat the point is, I want multiple applications behind a single proxy example

• http://myhomeServer/changedetection/
• http://myhomeServer/homarr/
• http://myhomeServer/whatEverApp/

Setting the location to /changedetection/ is the point of this issue

OK, so I was running nginx on the host machine instead of inside docker, hence my use of 127.0.0.1 instead of docker's changedetection as the hostname. That worked for me. Might it be an option for you too?
