Ignoring a single URL

Great product, thanks! Can anyone tell me how I can ignore a single URL? The homepage of the site that I want to monitor regularly changes, and I'd just like to ignore it.

Hi, I dont understand what you mean, what exactly is changing? not enough information here

The particular website that I want to monitor has a very active always change home page. I just want to exclude changes on this page from monitoring. Everything else is fine to monitor.
