Getting changes to entire page instead of just filter. Can't disable text filter.

I'm on debian 11 using your docker-compose install method. Version 0.45.5

Since I am filtering using "Visual Filter Selector or CSS/JSONPath/JQ/XPath Filters", I only care about changes to that segment of the page not the whole thing. Instead, I am getting any change to the entire page. I think this is because text filters is enabled. When I try disabling, it stays checked.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
This happens with all URLs, for example github.com

1. Create a check using Visual Filter Selector or CSS/JSONPath/JQ/XPath Filters
2. Goto "Filters & Triggers"
3. Uncheck all checkboxes in "Text filtering"
4. Save
5. Go back, check "Filters & Triggers"
6. "Added lines", "Replaced/changed lines", and "Removed lines" will still be checked
   Unchecking "Added lines", "Replaced/changed lines", and "Removed lines" and saving should stay unchecked

I've only been using changedetection for a week so maybe I'm missing something.

yeah this makes sense, theres no reason why all of these should be turned off... or you would get... nothing
