Browser Steps - Click and Hold?

Hi all. Is click and hold possible?
BHPhoto has a bot detector that requires clicking and holding on a button popup as below.

I don't always get this popup. Not sure what triggers it.

No. Bhphoto works well enough most of the time, I didn't really look around for a solution.
