this is the error i'm simply trying to watch youtube.com not using any custom setting.

1 - you probably did not bother to read the issue template, it states specifically that questions about specific sites should not go into the issues - but should go into discussions. I changed the post type for you. please pay more attention next time

2 - youtube uses service workers to deliver a lot of the content which means browserless/whatever never knows when the page has finished
