how to i can on shared hosting?

I would like to know how to install it on a normal shared hosting.

I couldn't by SSH because I can't connect by SSH because the hosting rejects the connection.

Help me, I have been trying for two days

One day accessing by ssh and then the host told me I can't because it is shared.
One day trying to install by unzipping and using cPanel's Python application installer which didn't work either.

I did not understand how to do it with that

the start file, the final file and the root url,

Should I unzip before installing or root the zip directory link and it automatically installs?
