Notification not working

Hi,
I have tried setting up ChangeDetection.io on my machine to monitor changes in website.
I am unable to get notifications
tgram://bottoken/ChatID
When I test notification sending, I am getting error
ERROR: apprise :Unparseable Telegram URL tgram://bottoken/<>

Even Gmail notification is not working.
mailtos://smtp.gmail.com?to={userId}@gmail.com&user={target_user_id}@gmail.com&pass={password}

Kindly request if someone can guide me on how to make this notification work.
