Price monitoring

hey guys im monitoring a page for a price I want to ignore all notifications until it reaches $1000 the price is formatted like this 150.56 $ I need to ignore the cent to. if its under 1000$ i want to ignore ones its over start getting notifications. can someone please help thank you

XPath can do it.
Since you didn't provide the exact example, I gave you an example filter.

xpath:for $i in /category/model return if ($i/price >= 1000) then $i/price else 'false' 

Also

xpath: if (translate('10,000', ',', '') cast as xs:float > 1000) then 'good' else 'no'
