I want to fetch Hyperlinks of new arrived products on a Website and sent the Links to my telegram, how am I able to do that?

I figured out, that I can filter every new added Hyperlink via //a//@href

Now I am trying to figure out, how to include the Item description + Price.. Thank you very much!
