Sending notification on every check even if there are no changes.

Hi guys :)
I would like to be notified even when there are no changes on the website. I have set a "Extract text" value on the Filters & Triggers page because I just want the notification for one line on the website, but when I uncheck the checkboxes "Limit trigger/ignore/block/extract to" they are added again automatically.

How can I use "Extract value" and still be notified on every check, even when there are no changes?
