How to include hyperlinks in notification

Hello. How can I configure notifications so that hyperlinks are included with the change notification?

Example:

https://www.fda.gov/drugs/news-events-human-drugs/whats-new-related-drugs had a change. --- (added) April 15, 2024

I'd like to be able to click on the link to new URLs (ie CDER Launches...) from the notification email. I am currently using the hosted version. Thanks!

I think you can do this using the "extract text" option... I'm not exactly sure how, but I'm interested...
