Changedetection.io and gotify

I am trying to use changedetection.io to send notifications to my gotify. All of the formats I have chosen are things like "post://" to my gotify server using my gotify API key and changedetection shows a 200 ok, but nothing is ever sent. I keep getting info about something called "apprise" which to me looks like another gotify or ntfy. Can you help a newbie send notifcations for when changes in my changedetection.io sites are triggered? Also, is it normal that every couple hours my changedetection websites turn red indicating an error? I have the scan every 3 hours and I am only looking at 4 sites for now. Is this even a stable app?

Usually people give some screenshots or actual usable information, that's quite normal in this situation, theres nothing that can be done without giving any useful information
