UPDATE! I've read that this DCOM error is common and can often be ignored. I filtered my event viewer and found this event (10016) had been occurring for months and I know that ChangeDetection.io has been working for me during this time. So please ignore my DCOM bit.
My Windows computer running changedetection.io rebooted yesterday to install some updates. When it was done, my changedetection website wouldn't load anymore. When I go to http://127.0.0.1:5000/ I get 'This site cannot be reached' and 'ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED'. So far, I've determined that ChangeDetection.py does not bind to port 5000 but I confirmed that no other process is using port 5000 either. I did find this message in the event viewer (system log) (whenever I run ChangeDetection.py:
Has anyone else experienced this or has an idea what's going on? I tried upgrading to 0.45.25 but the issue remains. Thanks for your help!
