Issue installing / running on Windows

I'm a python dabbler and interested in using changedetection.io. I've got python 3.9.7 installed.

I ran "pip3 install changedetection.io" and no errors.
I ran "changedetection.io -d C:\Test\ -p 5000" and I get an error.

"ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'changedetection'"

I searched for that error and didn't see any responsive threads.

Any advice / help would be appreciated.

Did you add your changedetection.io location to the PATH?
For me, it was /home/pi/.local/bin which I've added to the end of the /home/pi/.profile file in order to add it to the path:

export PATH=$PATH:/home/pi/.local/bin

I'm having the same issue as OP and tried your suggestion and still get wacked with

I should add that pip does show it installed....
