Form Select not to select - Browser Steps

Hey,

I cant click select in a form. If I click on the form, than the whole form is selected.

Tested also with executing JS without to be able to select:

document.querySelector("select#Filter_UnitType").value = "option1";
document.querySelector("select#Filter_UnitType").dispatchEvent(new Event('change'));
