windows - run error

Describe the bug

i run pip3 install changedetection.io to install and use changedetection.py or changedetection.io to run. But none of them can run successfully.
I have tried reinstalling and upgrading changedetection, and reinstalling different versions of the feedgen pip package

I don't know what problem caused it.

feedgen is definetly listed in the requirements.txt

you have some weird mix of hand/custom-installed changedetection and pip installed?

why is there d:\changedetection, what is in that directory?

what is in d:\changedetection\Scripts ?

no, it was installed automatically, I didn't change it.
d:\changedetection is a python venv folder. Script folder is a python directory in the Venv environment.
Since it didn't work in the system before, I tried to use venv to create an independent python environment, but it didn't work either.

feedgen version is correct:
Requirement already satisfied: feedgen in d:\changedetection\lib\site-packages (0.9.0)

I still haven't solved this problem.
and then i use Ubuntu to run, and everything is good now.
