N00b - Help Detecting Text Change

I'd like to detect when the specific following text changes:
Mostly Positive

I'm not sure how this is done within this app. Could anyone help a n00b out?

I don't have the "Visual Filter Selector" setup and I'm not looking to set it up due to the complexity of doing so. I'm looking for a method of doing this with the base functions.
