Websites monitor not working, always get "Exception: net::ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED"

I am using cloud changedetection.io. I found that several monitors not working, always return "Exception: net::ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED".

I found that the last successful monitor is about 3 hours ago. Maybe it is related to version update? As I remember, yesterday is still [0.46.04], and it is working normally.

Note: I am monitoring desired HTML content in monitors.
