Rss feed has dates with and without a dot in a date

As a volleyball referee we can follow our games to referee through an RSS feed.

Sadly this RSS feed is update once with a date without a dot after the month (e.g. 4 jan 14:00: <game info>), but then with the month having a dot (e.g. 4 jan. 14:00: `).

Is it possible to ignore these dots in the date?
