Remove html elements from diff

Hi,

This is the only thing I got as a filter : /html/body/main/section[1]/product-info/div/div/div[2]

It works well and I can detect the changed in there, but then I get this diff :

<br><br><span style="background-color: #fadad7; color: #b30000;"> Restocking</span><br><span style="background-color: #eaf2c2; color: #406619;"> Add to cart</span>

But I'd like to make the diff I get more readable and basically have something more like this :

Restocking -> Add to cart
