Setup monitoring JavaScript websites ???

Now with per-site configurable support for using a fast built in HTTP fetcher or use a Chrome based fetcher for monitoring of JavaScript websites!

--> i can not find an up to date documentation on to set this up :-(

sockpuppetbrowser is better than webdriver ? (running macos m1)
sockpuppetbrowser needs to be installed first and run in a separate docker container?
is there a solution without installing a depenency ? which one is included in changedetection container?
do i need to edit the yaml to enable js support first ? what to uncomment or change ?
then how to update an already setup changedetection container to use the new settings ?
step by step a for non-experienced docker user would be highly appreciated .-)
