Heroku - restore/save my websites

When I deploy, my websites are always deleted and the default 4 pages are back.
How can I save my settings?

I used the Heroku deployment directly with dyno:
python3 ./changedetection.py -C -d ./datastore -p $PORT

that's how heroku works, if you read the documentation it says it deletes everything, just re-import from the "url-list.txt" in the backup (paste into your [import] tab)
