Start/Pause changes

First, just started using this and like it a lot, nice work!

And second some ideas:
The blue pause icon can be a bit confusing, just going dim when running and tooltip is always "Pause".
Maybe there could be a play/pause icon depending on state.

Is it possible to have them started in the paused state? I usually add some Trigger/Filter to the pages I watch and as it is now I always get a diff notification then due to the change.
