Temporary failure in name resolution

Hello,
I am unable to get changedetection.io to work. I have tried mailto and pover, but both have issues with name resolution. I have not customized anything except trying to set up a notification. Hoping this is something simple. Many web searches didn't help me. Here is the output from Notification debug log:

version? did you install with docker? do your watches load ok? your discussion doesnt have enough information

Sorry about that. The ChangeDetection.io version is v0.39.18.
Yes, installed via Docker just last night. Docker version is 20.10.3-1308

Watches are failing too...

I have completely removed ChangeDetection.io and re-installed, with same result.

I installed the ChangeDetection.io docker image on another system and it works perfectly! So, it's something to do with my first system. At this point, I'm not too worried about it. I can use it on the second one.
