Can't install on Orange Pi Zero 2

Hi, this is the report log on installing procedure via pip3. My device is an Orange Pi Zero 2 with Debian (linux 4.9.170-sun50iw9).

I already tried to fix by the command sudo apt-get install libhdf5-dev installing all the related dependencies too.

Any idea about in order to fix? Thanks

I got all fine using Docker method. I don't know if you want to close the discussion or not.
