To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings
2. Notifications
3. Add Below formated setup for email
4. o365://TenantID:AccountEmail/ClientID/ClientSecret/TargetEmail
5. test
6. Get error o365://:changedetector@///alerting@ not a valid AppRise URL.
